Article 1 - Purpose
The present conditions govern sales by SAS BELALP 2022 located 102 Avenue Marechal de Lattre et de Tassigny 04100 Manosque.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated. All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
SAS BELALP 2022 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
Article 3 - Reservations
The reservation of a room is valid only after acceptance of the customer's reservation by SAS BELALP 2022. The confirmation of the reservation of the customer by SAS BELALP 2022 remains with its sole discretion. In addition, the reservation must, to be completed, be guaranteed by a credit card issued by a reputable institute and valid.
To reserve a room: you select the dates of your stay and the type of room you require and fill in the information requested.
The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, so that the responsibility of SAS BELALP 2022 cannot be sought in this regard.
The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.
Article 4 - Confirmation of your booking:
Any booking on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any confirmation of a booking implies your full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data supplied and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of them.
Article 5 - Payment
By confirming your order, you agree to pay the price indicated.
Payment for your booking must be made on the day of arrival.
If you select the non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, SAS BELALP 2022 may debit your credit card as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of retraction provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 7 - Modification / Cancellation
The conditions of sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.
Bookings for non-cancellable and non-refundable fares with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Bookings at the standard rate or any other reserved rate may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the stay (after this time the full amount of the booking will be due). The deposit paid in advance will not be refunded. In this case, this is mentioned in the conditions of sale of the rate.
When the conditions of sale of the fare booked so permit :

If the stay is interrupted, the full price agreed will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment, no refund will be granted.
All bookings are nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or in return for payment.
Article 8 - Arrival and departure
Room keys are available from 1.30 p.m. for arrivals and must be returned before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Article 9 - Liability
SAS BELALP 2022 may not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 10 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 11 - Intellectual property
All elements of the site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SAS BELALP 2022. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of SAS BELALP 2022.
Article 12 - Personal data
SAS BELALP 2022 reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data about you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as for the improvement of the services and information which we address to you.
It may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to this relationship, such as those responsible for carrying out services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to nominative information and personal data concerning you, directly on the website.
Article 13 - Archiving Proof
SAS BELALP 2022 archive reservations and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized registers of SAS BELALP 2022 will be considered by all the parts concerned as proof of the communications, reservations, payments and transactions intervened between the parts.
